WIN is looking for full-time or part-time high-performance Ad Sales and Business Executives with direct experience with agencies, advertisers and other media buyers. WIN is interested in both candidates with a current network and rolodex of advertiser and agency contacts in its current verticals, as well as those in new verticals and geographical regions.
- Hit the ground running – take existing media kit, customize if necessary, and contact full rolodex of advertiser and ad agency contacts in Travel, Drive/Automotive, Singles/Dating, Real Estate, Banking, Cuisine/Dining, Consumer Electronics, Financial Products, Home & Garden, Jobs, Sports/Toys and other verticals .
- Run advertising sales cycles, respond to RFP’s, submit proposals, etc and get strong interest from advertisers.
- Negotiate and close advertising deals.
- Get ad formats delivered to specifications.
- Manage ongoing relationships with network of advertiser and ad agency contacts.
- Call on expanding base of advertisers, marketing firms and ad agencies to continually grow base of prospects
- 3-10 years work experience in Digital ad sales and business development
- Strong and current rolodex of advertiser and ad agency contacts in the Travel, Drive/Automotive, Singles/Dating, Real Estate, Banking, Cuisine/Dining, Consumer Electronics, Financial Products, Home & Garden, Jobs, Sports/Toys and other verticals
- Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts
- Possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Self-driven and highly motivated orientation requiring little day-to-day management
- Undergraduate degree required
